Weekend #12

Friday: Friday night was spent feeling very poorly, curled up in bed with this nasty cold that has been going around. Had  a pretty rubbish week feeling very sorry for myself, with no energy whatsoever to do anything :(

Saturday: Started with an early morning to say bye bye to my beloved mini and hello to the lovely new flossy! That's right, I named my car (sad, but don't lie, I'm sure you have done too)!

It was so sad saying bye to my beloved mini, we had plenty of good times over the years, but it was time!
Once I'd picked her up, off I headed for a weekend stay down south in a lovely hotel in Buckinghamshire. It was such a lovely area and the hotel (The Bull Hotel) was faultless - I'd highly recommend!

Sunday: Being so close to London, we decided to make the most of it and head on in to the City & make good use of the glorious weather we had in the UK - wasn't it bloody delightful! We walked the river and did the usual tourist snaps of the Bridge

Driving over the London Bridge in my new little car :)

We headed in to Covent Garden, just so I could pick up a few treats for the long car journey home - it would have been rude not to!

I tried my first ever snog - it was bloomin delicious (for reference, I stuck to what I know best and went with the natural frozen yogurt and brownie topping - yummy)!

Then it was time to head back home!

Gorgeous sunset on the way home

I had a lovely weekend & really hope this weather it now here to stay - it's been lovely driving around in my new little toy :)

Hope you all had a fantastic weekend too!
