Ramble, ramble, ramble!

*The title to this post gives you an idea of what to expect, be warned!!

So I've been away for a little while - in the blogasphere and also in the real world (if you can call it that). I often see on twitter people worrying that they haven't posted in XX amount of days, and I just can't seem to get my head around it! Fair enough if you want to post every day or every other day, but if you don't, then it's not the end of the world-unless this is making you money and without posting you won't get paid then fair enough, but at the end of the day, this is a hobby for me and if I don't post for a month, then that's fine with me and I thank you all for staying around and taking my very irregular posts! I don't think any of you are waiting around for my name to pop up in your blog feeds, but I do really appreciate anyone and everyone who takes the time to have a little peek at my little ramblings!

Anyway, I have no idea where this post is going, but I wanted to sit down and write so here it is!

So, as I said I have been away - my BF's parents live out in Spain so we took full advantage of the very cheap flights (in every sense of the word) and headed out for a week in the sun, and there was plenty of sun luckily! We spent the week doing pretty much nothing but lounging about in the sun drinking lots of local beers (a small beer quickly became my drink of choice).
*Oh, whilst I was jetting away and perusing the isles of duty free at Liverpool airport, who came waltzing through but the Liverpool Football Club - who wouldn't of taken the opportunity to grab Stevie G for a pic?? If you'd like to see, you can check out my cheesy photo on my instagram

Other than jetting away, I have been spending time with friends and a new little edition to our little uni group. One of my bestie's had a gorgeous little girl called Evelyn and she is absolutely adorable! Within 24hrs - 2 of my bestest friends had baby girls, but unfortunately for me, one of those is all the way on the other side of the world in Oz, but with the power of technology, I am getting daily updates which will have to do until I convince them to come back and live here in the UK (not going to happen now she's married to an Oz, but one can dream).

So, there we have it - a very rambly post and my lord, if you've made it to here then you deserve a medal!

The next couple of weeks are looking pretty good in my books - I will be celebrating another year of life in 2 weeks (any suggestions of what I can get for my birthday will be greatly appricated as I don't have a clue) so have a few evenings/weekends planned with friends and family!

Hope you're all well and we'll catch up soon!
