When I got engaged, one of the first things I thought about/got excited about was the planning - real life wedding planning could start for me, not someone else, but me!
So here's my favorite planning bits n bobs that have been making my planning process all the more special...
Martha Stewart A5 Ringbinder | This is where it's all kept. Now there are plenty of pre-made wedding planners out there to buy, but I decided I wanted to make one for myself - being a complete stationary geek it was always going to be the case. I spent quite a lot of time figuring out the contents of this and how it was going to work out but I feel that it's a comprehensive little thing and does all that it needs to. Inside I have 10 dividers in total from 'Important' to 'Attire' to 'Food' etc and then within each section is a clear pocket divider to keep all bits n bobs like business cards of fabric swatches in.
The obvious choice to label each divider was of course my trusty Dymo label maker!

Cath Kidston Document Wallet | This holds all our contracts in one handy place.
Paperchase A5 2015 Diary | It goes without saying that you need a diary when planning a wedding.
Tiffany Pen | Obviously not a necessity here but I got this as a Christmas present off the Fiance as he knows how much I love stationary and Tiffany so this was win win!
Chroma Notebook | A notebook is essential for jotting down idea's as and when they come - I keep this in my handbag so I can easily grab it when an idea pops up. Obviously much easier than lugging around the ringbinger!
And finally, when at home, they all live in this handy little tote bag! I was given this at a recent open day at our venue and I love it - it's perfect for keeping all my planning bits/brochures and stationary miscellaneous items all in one neat place (you can just see my guillotine popping out the top there).
